Location just off the largest market, Mercado de Abastos, on the other side, a commercial area and downtown. The food was excellent and the staff was very very helpful and excellent! Comfy, outstanding room, good Wi-Fi.

The central location between shops was convenient, the atmosphere was peaceful, the staff were welcoming and polite, and the rooms offered amenities like climate control, a private safe.

We had a quite comfortable stay at this little and exceptionally comfortable hotel.

We felt secure in the area and could easily access local cuisine. the rooms were ample, comfy, and spotless with a lovely view of the city. the breakfast was delicious and the service was friendly and professional. We loved the clean and fresh-smelling bathroom, which had plenty of hot water and good water pressure.

The elevator was often slow and crowded at times, which made it difficult to get to the lobby.

Had a great New Year's stay with some friends. The included breakfast was varied and tasty, with some Mexican dishes that we loved. The hotel is conveniently located near a large market and has secure parking for your car. One of the best aspects was the friendly staff who were always willing to help out and made us feel welcome.

The rooms could have been a bit cleaner and some basic facilities were missing, like a toilet brush in the bathroom. The housekeeping also replaced our towels and soap every day, which is not very eco-friendly.

We loved the cleanliness of the hotel and appreciated the helpful staff. Breakfast was a standout with traditional Mexican options and an above-average selection. The hotel's location was convenient, close to the farmers market and in a safe area. Additionally, the secure parking option was a great perk.
